heritage park ride

this is not confirm, but i was info that they allow bike riders inside the heritage memorial park, as long as you pay a membership or join their bike club, it cost P400.00, include jersey and an i.d., the person to contact is gerald, the ride inside i was told is good and very few cars, can anyone confirm this?
